This place is legit! Tyler is extremely helpful. They answer questions, and help all who come in, letting you know what is best and what isn’t needed and why. This place never disappoints. The people here have life and it feels like they enjoy being here. I highly recommend.

The service here is outstanding! Jack helped me find better tires for my truck than the ones that needed to be replaced. The new tires wound up costing less than the previous set from 3 and half years ago. They were able to get the tires there and install them on the same day. Also, when the truck's tire pressure monitor system was acting up the next day, I was able to go back and they reset the system as soon as I got there. Their complementary shuttle and Uber service was very helpful in minimizing the time it took to drop the truck off and pick it up when it was ready. I would highly recommend Chapel Hill Tire to anyone considering them for new tires.

Went because my brakes lights stopped working and that was fixed very quickly. Tequila was super friendly, happy and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure working with her. They sent over a complete report in my car and I actually needed more things done that I had no idea about, WITH EVIDENCE!! As a woman it was nice dealing with another woman who was comforting to ease the anxiety of the car shop lol. They took super great care of me and the other customers I saw in the office. The manager was super nice also, he seems like a really nice boss, which I’m sure helps the team morale. 10/10 would recommend, they are fair, friendly and fast.

Found a gem in Chapel Hill Tire in Raleigh. Super knowledgable, friendly and fair pricing. The manager is great- even offered to drive me back to my home. They also offer complimentary Uber rides so it's super convenient too. Would definitely recommend.

I've been here numerous times and always received great service. However the last two days were definitely a stand out! I got a flat tire on Wednesday morning on my way to a new job. My mother called and spoke to Jack, I spoke to him in person yesterday and he ensured me that if I came today I would be be in and out within my hour long lunch break, and he 100% made that happen today! It's awesome to see someone put that much energy and care into the customer service they provide. So THANK YOU JACK for your help and work to get me back on time. You are appreciated!
